Barbara Zemljič

 

Born on 15th August, 1978 in Slovenj Gradec. A student of Film and television directing on Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television inLjubljana (AGRFT). Graduated in philosophy at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana (2005). Working at RTV Slovenia since 1999 as an assistant of directing, recently as screenwriter of documentary films: Searching for lost love (d: Marko Naberšnik) and Briliant tenor (d: Klemen Dvornik) and director of shows Studio City, Scale on the second channel, First and the second, and others.. In 2006 receives Grossman award for the script   Hair. Her first television play is Nina and the rabbit . Table that also tells lies is her first documentary imprinted on film band, Against the Window is her first short fiction film on 16mm film.
