Goran Mitrovic was born on July 8 th, 1974. He acquired his first working experience in TV Politika in 1994 and in 1995 he went over to the RTS. He studied the BK Academy. In 2004 he enrolled in the postgraduate studies ate the Faculty of Drama Arts with master thesis on the SFRJ and Serbian avant-garde, and finish in Mart 2008. During the last six years he was engaged in several complex projects (drama, serials, documentary films, films) He completed the work on the Slovenian – Swedish film “Noc (The Night)”- director Miha Knifec. He worked on Dusan Popovic’s short feature film “Bod (The Stitch)” and avant-garde authors series, broadcasts (by author’s Karpo Acimovic Godina, Zelimir Zilnik, Branko Vucicevic) “Karavan (The Caravan)”,“Svetlost velegrada (The Brightness City)”,“Exit–festival”, several environmental broadcasts that were awarded and received recognitions, children’s and drama programme. Last year he worked on director Janko Baljak’s “Tegla puna vazduha (The bottle full welkin)” and a spot and documentary film for the Children’s Eurosong that represented our county in Rotterdam, He is currently working on director Marko Marinkovic’s series “Moj rodjak sa sela (My cousin from village)” and prepares new Slobodan Z. Jovanovic’s film “Budilnik (The Klok)”. He work in selector committee in “55 th Belgrade documentary and short film festival”- 26-30. mart 2008.
